I have LIDAR that has been converted into a DEM.
I need to be able to generate a grid of points that are spaced 50ft apart and then populate each point with elevation data from the DEM. I have seen this done before. Instead of having to go into the field with a survey GPS to collect lat/long and elevation data it can all be done from Arc.
Any ideas?
