I already have Arc editor and Arc map as part of the 60 day trial. I now want to add the spatial analysis extension to these but am having problems. I have done all the things suggested by Arc gis; go through administrator, authorise the extensions online and download the file and although the extensions can be viewed as licenced within ArcGIS administrator I still cannot use them in Arc map? Any suggestions?
