Hi there...can someone out there tell me what is the formula in Raster Calculator that can change slope classification. what i mean is like this

0 - 8.1234 
8.1234 - 15.1212
15.1212 - 40.222
40.222 - 50.13

change to something like this

0 - 8
9 - 15
16 - 40
41 - 50
