Hello! I recently implemented the Flood Impact Analysis Solution in ArcGIS Pro in order to identify highway segments most at risk of flooding within Knox County, Tennesee. Based on the flood impact areas identified, I was under the impression that the solution accounts for all areas within a certain region that will flood during an event of a given magnitude. However, because the majority of flood impact areas identified were connected to existing streams and other bodies of water, I just wanted to verify that the solution was identifying all areas susceptible to flooding and not just flooding of existing water bodies.
