Extension in 10.8.2 version

Hello, my ArcGIS 10.8.2 does not contain data interoperability extension. how can I get it and install it? I got a msp extension file for it, but it shows this error. the file name is 'ArcGIS-1082-DIA-Log4j-Patch'
