Geocoding locator server and network analyst server 403 error - Services Directory has been disabled.

Hi experts,

We have an application which uses esri geocoding locator and network analyst server for location coordinates and routing task. But from last week we are not getting directions on map when someone search the direction.

Also when I try to access the Geocoding server I am getting 403 Error "Services Directory has been disabled".

Geocoding Server used :   http://geocode.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/world/geocodeserver

Network Analyst Server used : http://tasks.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/NetworkAnalysis/ESRI_Route_NA/NAServer/Route

Need your help to fix this issue.
