I have a web application that is using the ArcGIS JavaScript API 3.9 compact build, and ArcGIS Server feature services.
I've been experiencing issues with ArcGIS Server 10.3.1 feature service ownership control not functioning properly with query, update, and delete boxes unchecked (I only want the owner of the data to query and interact with the data). If I check the query box under ownership control, the service functions properly (users see all data though, and I would like to avoid this).
We recently upgraded from ArcGIS Server 10.2.2 to 10.3.1, and at 10.2.2 the service was functioning as expected with ownership control and no boxes checked (users could only see and interact with their own data).
Is this a known bug?
