Hi,

Our approach is to create a query layer with either ArcMap or Pro and publish it as a feature service.

You can consume the service from the runtime, however the 3D features wont appear in 3D on the scene as it is not supported in the current release.

You will need to create graphics from them and place them on a graphics overlay on your scene.
