According to the Desktop API reference, TimeInfo.DefaultTimeWindow Property is gets the default time slider window size.

However, I think that Time Slider control is not provide.
Is there any plan to add Time Slider?

Unfortunately that looks like a typo, it should say "Gets the the default time window size". Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we will endeavour to fix this in the next doc update.
Currently there is no Time Slider control in the toolkit but it is under consideration for the next release.
