Hi I want to create an app that references locally stored data and uses built in gps receivers for Windows and Android tablets. the app would be used in areas without cell coverage. I am new to the forum and Arc Developer and am wondering if anyone knows of something that is already out there, Or if it is something that has to be developed. Thanks for your responses in advance!
