From Api Key and Customer ID to License Key?

I checked all the docu but I could not get any further.

I have an Api Key and a Customer ID.

How do I get an License ID so that I can deploy my iOS on Appstore without the "Licensed for Developer Use Only" watermark?

See the License and Deployment section. In particular the License your app with a license string section will help you, including providing your Lite license string.
