addresses of the map service are changed

Hello all.
I have a question for you.
In my application I load the map services by an Institutional servers. Sometimes the addresses of the map are changed.
I wanted to know what is the best way to dynamically change addresses without having to republish on apple store every time this happens.

1. Use a cloud location (either iCloud or your server) to hold the locations.
2. Use a plist file to store the map paths.  Issue a new one when the paths change.
3. Use the application settings screen (least friendly as the user would have to enter it).
