While working with Street Map Premium we have run into cases where the actual driving speed is much lower than the posted speed limit (b/c of road conditions, etc). What is the best way to address this discrepancy to get ETA times more realistic? I have thought about changing the actual speed limit (these are all oilfield roads, not normal public roads), but have had trouble finding what attribute to alter in the non-custom streets (those that came from ESRI). I have also started to look into Speed Classes, but am unsure if that will help or not.
