Hello, I am studying in a university and currently working on my thesis paper where we utilize ArcMaps as our simulation tool which I'm still new to the software. Our paper involves in finding the nearest facilities where the polygon barrier is a flood hazard map. I can't seem to figure out how to properly simulate the scenario, may I ask for tips. Thank you!
