PDF phantom line visible only upon printing.

Printing from PDF reveals a phantom line. It is not visible until printed.

Opening in Illustrator does not reveal anything except the layers that are outside the map frame.

Not quite the same. I have zero imagery displayed. The layer "major roads" is 'clipped' by the Map Frame as expected, then creates what looks like a Hollow Feature only when printing with a Phantom Line added in. I am unable to see this line in any other software except on the hard copy printed paper.

I am seeing this in another map now. I am investigating the layer to be sure it isn't a geometry issue.

These phantom lines still appear.
