in Roads and Highways extension, the order of the fields in Default Attribute Set in the RCE is not configurable. we are able to adjust the order in custom attributes sets but the default is not changing. ESRI responded that Fields in the default attribute set are added alphabetically. The default attribute set is non-editable (this includes modifying field ordering). Can we have other options to order the fields besides using alphabetical order? Making it configurable as the custom attribute set is will be ideal.
