I have a question regarding the zeroes I am getting back when querying some variables with the REST API. Specifically, the variables AtRisk.MP27002A_B (Have a smartphone) and ElectronicsInternet.MP19001A_B (Have internet access at home) have come back as all zeroes for all the areas I have tried. Some tracts I have tried individually:
NY:

36067011231
36067013300
MO:
29151490100
29151490200
As it seems unlikely that no one in any of those census tracts has a smartphone or internet access, I am guessing these variables simply don't have data for those areas? Are these variables very limited in the areas where they have data? Are there other variables I could use which would provide similar information and have data more widely available?
