eyeQ to ArcGIS Server

I have a  eyeq2.geoeye.com service and I want to publish it from ArcGIS Server.
It is possible to do this?

Can you please provide more information on the requirements here? Are you looking to publish a specific data format using ArcGIS Server or republish another service? If it is the latter, ArcGIS Server does not support publishing a service in a service.

Yes. I wanted to republish from arcgis server service already published from GeoEye, thus only the arcgis server connects to the Internet to access the service from GeoEye and end users did not have to have internet connection.
