Covert from Google Maps API

I would like to convert our website so that it no longer uses the antiquated ArcGis Javascript REST API for Google Maps.  This uses the old "arcgislink.js" file.  Is anyone aware of any documentation on how to upgrade to just use the REST API, DoJo, or leaflet?
