Should I use the quick capture for collecting the area data from mobile phone?

Hello, every ESRI user. I'm trying to use quick capture for collecting data from mobile. It worked with point and line features but it didn't have good work with the polygon feature in my project. Their shapes look strange.

So, should I use the quick capture to create the area? If yes, how to do that?
Should I change to create from another app such as survey123?

Why does it need to be on a mobile device and not a computer? I would suggest looking into field maps. We use it to capture and edit point data in the field.

I'm assuming that you want to walk the boundary of the polygon you want to capture. If so you could use QuickCapture, Survey123 or Field maps to do this. Could you share an example of the issue you are seeing with your polygons captured with QuickCapture?
