Using Esri's Virtual Run/Walk 2020 project as a template, I built a mobile application for surveys. The first part of the collected data downloaded to my ArcGIS online featureService without issue. A few days later I collected 87 more survey points. They are collected on the iPhone but won't download to the featureService (see image).

When I close the app and reload it, i receive the Action Required prompt below. I am unaware of the "project" that needs to be closed and password re-entered. Pls point out what I'm missing.

When I click on the orange "87"circle in the upper right corner, the app attempts to load the missing 87 survey points but stalls and won't proceed past the spinning circle, even if allowed to load indefinitely. (See below)

Thanks for your help!

This error indicates that your token has expired and you need to sign into the app again (using your ArcGIS account). Just close the Fun Run project by tapping on the X in the top left, then tap on your user thumbnail, and then tap on the button to sign in.

Once signed in you will be able to send your records and load the map.
