Retrieve custom transformations created using Geoprocessing in ArcGIS Pro SDK programmatically?

I have created custom transformations using GeoProcessing in ArcGIS Pro SDK, but it returns a GCS instead of a transformation. Is there any way to retrieve those transformation using the SDK itself? but i can see the created transformation in transformation tab of Map Properties window.
