Menu, the icons get rearranged and spaced out

Hello everyone. I am experiencing an issue in ArcGIS Pro with a customized tools. When we attempt to minimize the toolbar ribbon by double-clicking on the menu, the icons get rearranged and spaced out, causing them to no longer fit on the screen. Anyone faced this issue earlier and any solution for the same? Any configuration/property setting in xaml/daml that might I have missed?
