How to download older SDK

We are still on Pro 2.9, and I just got a new development machine.  I only seem to be able to install the latest 3.1 SDK through Visual Studio.  Does anyone know how to install an older SDK within Visual Studio??

I checked in MyEsri, but I do not see anything there.

Replace the 'latest' word with desired version in the url.
