Add custom tab to locate pane.

Hello,

I'm looking for a way to customize the locate pane. I would like to add a third tab on it.

I have seen the "ProSnippets-DAML" projects and could make it work in my c# project, but didn't figure out how to add this tag, and if it's possible.

I'd like to add a custom search there calling a REST webservice.
