Wrong Location of Address Number Sign

I'm GIS Analyst on Addressing System project, I have a problem with Address Number Sign (ANS) location due to lack of accuracy for the measured coordinates from the site. As shown in the image each ANS has a reference related to unique road id, all ANSs right side of the road are even and those located on the left side are odd. My problem is some of ANSs represented on the wrong side eg. red one in image and I have to figure out all of them, I have more than 79000 ANSs have to be checked. Any idea, please? I use ArcGIS software.
