I'm experiencing a strange behavior when trying to run the Select by Attribute functionality, or set up a definition query on a feature layer (from a ArcGIS Server map service) in ArcGIS Pro 2.3. When building the query, the values drop-down will not populate with unique values despite being able to successfully select a field and operator. You can manually type in the value and it will work. Also, you can manually add an SQL expression and the tool will work. I have not noticed this with regular feature layers, just feature services (witnessed with more than one). Has anyone else noticed this, or know why it is acting this way?
