I have a user with a Named User License account that is unable to check in an offline license. This user only has access to one workstation and when he attempts to activate ArcGIS Pro, receives the message "The account cannot be used to authorize ArcGIS Pro as it has already been configured to use in offline mode on some other device".
Is there a way, as an administrator, I can return the offline license? Or is there something else the user can do to check in an offline license?

Hi,
The only solution is to drop a mail to esri customer care (service@esri.com) and ask them to reset the ArcGIS Pro license as you are not able to access the ArcGIS Pro.
