Unknown coordinates from company unwilling to help.

Anyone recognize these coordinates? 

We took over a job and they didn't seem too happy with giving it over to use. We were given the bare minimum, and they don't want to cooperate.

They are supposed to be in Spring Grove, MN.

Do you have any of the "real" locations for any of these points? Or can you share more about the data, what it's representing?

We once received a dataset where the data was almost in State Plane coordinates, but they all had been shifted by the same amount. Essentially, this particular surveyor used their own personal origin for the state plane grid, which was highly unusual, but once we knew the amount things had been shifted, it was simple enough to get them in the right place.

They just sent over screenshots and reports. Those were coordinates to wells in the area. So I looked them up on the CWI and was given these UTM coordinates. These are the top four from that previous list in the same order. The problem is that list contains about 20 private wells not listed on the CWI. We are trying to find their locations for monitoring.

They look vaguely like Northing & Easting coordinates in the NAD1983 State Plane system.

We use WKID 2239 here in the southeast US, and they look very similar.
