Hi team,

one of my colleagues have been having an issue, their map is panning to a different place when they click back into Pro from a different application like firefox or OneNote.

Has anyone else been experiencing this or know how to fix this?

Cheers

YES. My colleagues and I see this issue frequently, most often when using the hotkey Ctrl + Win + Left/Right to move from one desktop to another, but certainly at other times.

While I have not been able to figure out why it's happening, if you just press whichever arrow key the map is panning to, it will stop. Since the panning was a single continuous movement, hitting Previous Extent should bring you right back.

I'll certainly be interested to see if anyone can come up with a permanent solution to this.

Similar issue and I unplugged my wireless mouse USB  and plugged back in.   It fixed the problem.   Hope its an easy fix.
