Unable to install ArcGIS Pro 2.4.2.

After patch install starts, I get Error 2349
Retry gives same result. If I then choose Ignore, I get Error 1304
I have verified that my effective access to the directory is full access (I have administrator rights).
Nothing left to do but cancel!
Any ideas?
