Hi,
I am using ArcGIS Pro 2.1.2 and am trying to configure the pop-ups but am unable to make changes to the "Title Options"

Everything is grayed out and I cannot seem to find documentation to resolve this issue.

That title is on the Popup Window, the 'styling' isn't applicable to it.

With all due respect to the solution provider's answer, this makes no sense.
- There is a dialog box to edit the Title of a pop-up info window.
- Users can add/change a field name and can add text.
- There are editing tools to change font, text size, etc.
- But they are all grayed out.
- Why offer styling if you can't do any styling?
