Good afternoon. For some reason my ArcGIS Pro (2.8.6) will no longer let me add Sentinel 2 Views. I get the error shown below. I can add Sentinel 2A with no problem. I have no problems in Arcmap 10.8.1 and my co-works do not have the same issue. Any ideas what may be blocking this service in my load of ArcGIS Pro? Thank you in advance
Restart ArcGIS Pro or the system, if necessary.

This started out of the blue a few weeks ago, so many restarts since then. I have tried adding it to a blank project and existing projects. I also forgot I have the same issue with NAIP imagery. Both issues started at the same time.
Could you add it from the Catalog Pane > Portal > Living Atlas?
Also check if your logged ArcGIS Online user's credit balance is positive.
I am using the method above to add the Sentinel 2 Views. I can add Sentinel 2 Level-2A with no problem. I have plenty of credits since we pull from a very large corporate pool. I also have no issues loading S2 Views in ArcGIS 10.8.1 or in my ArcGIS Online webapps. Its just this load of Pro that is having the issue.
Ensure all your ArcGIS Applications are closed. Let's try resetting your ArcGIS Pro Application profile.
Unfortunately that did not work.
