Turning off the basemap in Catalog View

Is there any way to view feature classes using the Geography tab in Catalog View without a basemap? I have selected "None" for basemap and elevation source under "Map and Scene" in Options, but I still get a basemap, which I don't want.

With focus set to a feature class --> Geography tab in the details panel

Click Preview tab - in the Preview group
