I am new at ArcGIS Pro. Fora couple of days, I have been merging different raster tiles with no problems. Now when I try to merge them, after the merge is complete, I have some black tiles. Can anyone help me with this?
I have been using Mosaic to New Data Raster.

How are you merging the raster tiles like are you using any specific tool. Additionally, as mentioned by @DavidPike we can try to use Calculate Statistics as well as Build Pyramids.
I would try
