Tooltips for parameters configured via Data Interoperability extension
Hi, I have an ETL configured using Data Interoperability extension. The ETL takes a list of users from Portal and AGO and joins it with an internal user extract list in order to join in Department information. I want to future proof the tool for users other than myself and include more details about what each parameter is asking for. I can't figure out where to configure the tooltips (where you hover over the i and see more details) in the FME workbench? I don't see it in the tool metadata - the "syntax" box on other custom tools.

Hi Brittany, you can generate tooltips by wrapping your ETL tool in a Model. Create model parameters from the ETL tool and set their description property, which become tooltips.
An example is attached - using Pro 3.6.
