Hello, I just started learning ArcGIS software in planning school and ran into an issue. I started some class work on campus on my Windows 10 laptop then attempted to load it on my more powerful home desktop later but received the error . My laptop is still on Windows 10 and my desktop is on Windows 11. Is this a known problem, do you think that the different operating systems won't allow me to work between the two computers? I was able to use my desktop just fine for the tutorial problems from last weeks class. Please let me know if you guys are aware of this and might know how to fix it. The error I got was "The Operating System is not presently configured to run this application". My software is on the same version, with the same license key and I opened the same file that is shared over OneDrive. Any help would be appreciated.

This issue seemed related to MS Excel not being able to open on the 2nd machine.
I would avoid OneDrive as much as possible, see the knowledge base article about this:
