I have a map layer with 50+ individual symbols under a handful of headings. I have enabled More > Show description in my Symbology pane, so that I may edit the Description for use in a layout legend.
When Show description is enabled, the scrolling behavior of the symbols becomes 'jumpy'. Scrolling with the bar or my scroll wheel behaves as normal, but then jumps to the bottom (if scrolling down) or top (if scrolling up) once I reach a certain point in the list, perhaps 1/4 or 1/3 down or up the scroll bar. When description is not enabled, the jumping does not happen.
I have anecdotal evidence that this jumping leads to symbols getting moved around.
Is this expected behavior for Symbology? Has anyone else experienced this?
