I want to use Swipe for a raster layer on top of a heatmap layer.
But the heatmap shows through the "bottom" of the raster layer. I can flip it around where the heatmap is on top and Swipe works like it is supposed to but that is not what I am looking for. How do I have the raster layer on top, where the heatmap does not show through, and Swipe can be used as expected?
It seems like an easy fix but nothing I have tried works. I tried grouping the two layers in question. Making the heatmap transparent buries the layer. Putting the raster layer further on top in the TOC doesn't do it.
I welcome any suggestions.

I'm using ArcGIS Pro 3.3.x, symbolized a point layer using Heat Map symbology and have an Imagery Basemap from ArcGIS Online reordered in the Contents Pane to be on top of the heat map point layer. In a 2D map, I can swipe the top layer (i.e. Imagery basemap) away and reveal the heat map point layer without showing through. My question to you - for your imagery layer, are you using a local raster dataset, a basemap? Are you attempting to do this in a 2D map view or a 3D scene?
