ArcGIS Pro is really suck. I try to share polygon feature class with only 5 records and it keeps "Consolidating data and staging web layer" for more than two hours now...
I've already checked all of these things...
-My network is great
-My Drive C and D have enough spaces
-My ArcGIS Pro version is 3.4
-My ArcGIS Online has enough credit
-My account is an admin so I have all privileges
I've tried exporting this feature to a new feature class in a difference .gdb or even open in the new project.
I've also tried restarting my computer...but nothing help
Have you performed this workflow on other data sets such as points and/or polygons to see if this process works at all in your environment?
Are the polygons you are testing with complex?
It's just a polygon of development zoning.
However, it published successfully after waiting almost three hours...😓
I'm not sure if it because of Esri's server or something that makes the network or cloud crashing sometimes?
What format is the polygon feature class stored in (file gdb or enterprise gdb)?
I just shared a polygon layer in a file gdb with just over 100 complex features (many vertices) to AGOL in under 1 minute.
I would try a simpler data set (points) and see how long that takes.
Just a file geodatabase, and my polygon feature is really small with fewer vertices.
I've tried reproducing the same feature on another computer and publishing it with the same ArcGIS Online account. It doesn't take this long.
Ps. I just updated patch to ArcGIS Pro 3.4.x but it's still the same
