Seeking assistance with difficulties related to aligning shapefiles correctly

I created a boundary shapefile using the same UTM coordinates in both GeoPandas and ArcGIS Pro. However, after projecting both shapefiles, I noticed that the boundaries' extent and coordinate placement differ. They are not aligning correctly as expected.Typically, I work with GeoPandas, but there are instances when I require ArcGIS Pro. What steps should I take to ensure that my data aligns properly in ArcGIS Pro?

Did you use the Define Projection tool to assign the UTM coordinate system for the file used by ArcGIS Pro?

Or what tool did you use to create the shapefile? and was the UTM coordinate system defined as it was created?

What did you then project it to?
