Security Alert Prompt with ArcGIS PRO 2.3.0

This only started occurring since the 2.3.0 upgrade.

Every time I open ArcGIS PRO I get the following pop-up alert.

is there a way to suppress this?

Cool. GoDaddy has a couple of root certs that are installed by default - it is unusual you had to manually add
