Search across all features at once in ArcPro

In ArcPro. How do you search all features at once within a specific field for a specific attribute value?

Note: All my features share the field named 'Scale'. Locate/ Find and Replace are not much help.

In my case I have 40+ features each with hundreds or thousands of records. I want to search the field/ column name 'Scale' where Scale <> 500000.

Have you tried Select By Attributes?  Select Layer By Attribute (Data Management)—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation? I would use this tool to find all features meeting your requirements. You just need to set up the Where clause.
