Retrieving data from Field Map Project

Hello,

My apologies if this has already been covered but all the search terms I could think of yielded nothing.

I have an offline project in Field Maps that contains data that hasn't been synced yet. The corresponding project in the cloud was deleted so I get an invalid URL error.

Is there a way to retrieve the data from the Field Maps Project and get it back into Arc Pro or the web app?
