Publish to ArcGIS server from ArcGIS Pro with arcpy ?

I saw that it is not possible to publish to ArcGIS Server from ArcGIS Pro :

On the side arcpy, when looking arcpy function "CreateWebLayerSDDraft" it is indicated : 

Currently support only hosted service for AGOL

"Currently" suggests that will happen... Is it true?

Otherwise it is possible by another way with arcpy?
