Pro 3.2.2 - Add a labeled graphic point at coordinates

How can I just drop in a graphic point at an exact coordinate?  I know there's some what to do this, I've done it before in Pro and Map, but I can't recall or find where anymore.  I don't want or need to make a feature, I just want a purely graphic point at specified coordinates.

Perhaps you are thinking of Go to XY under the Map tab --> Navigate group.
