Pan/zoom one map to center/extent of another map without linking? (a la ArcMap's Viewer window)

ArcMap has a handy little viewer window that essentially serves as another instance of your map. This is really useful in certain editing workflows. In Pro, you're able to effectively do the same thing by opening the same map twice and floating it, and it does one better in that unlike ArcMap, it's accessible even in layout view.

What I can't find is an option to send the location or extent of one map to another in Pro without syncing them ('Link Views'). In ArcMap, it looks like this:

Toggling 'link views' on and off as a means of copying zoom/scale without linking isn't the worst thing in the world but I am wondering if there's a different, quicker way. It would also be nice to have the option to 'send' extents, since that is the behavior of those zoom options in ArcMap. Does this exist? There's something similar in layouts (zoom to last active map), but not maps it seems?
