OSM Tiling Scheme

EDIT: original question is below. However I found another post that says the scheme actually works, it's just that the folders are named in hexadecimal instead of ZXY... and that things can be renamed using code.

I am trying to generate map tiles to use as a basemap in our scada system.

Our particular scada system requires that the tiles use the same scheme as OpenStreetMaps.

Does ArcGIS Pro have the OSM scheme built in somewhere? or do I need to recreate it using the Generate Tile Cache Tiling Scheme tool?

If I have to recreate it, how do I determine the number of scales, cell size, and origin?

Thanks!

I can't tell if the other linked post answers your question or not (and it's been years since I worked with caching tiled basemaps), but does anything in this document help?  It may be outdated, but perhaps it will give you ideas of how to proceed.

the link I shared doesn't actually answer the specific question, but it is a work around so that I don't actually need my question answered.

For what I am trying to accomplish, that works just fine for me.
