I have many Personal Geodabase file .mdb. I have no longer access to ArcMap to convert them into File Geodatabase. Is there any other way to open and show in Pro??

Looks like an Arc License is needed for this type of conversion.

You could get an ESRI personal license for 1 year for $100 and it will give you access to this required tools.

Personal Geodatabase features can be converted to another format such as fGDB using the Data Interoperability extension offered by esri ($$). The personal use license mentioned above includes this functionality.

Be aware that: ArcGIS for Personal Use purchases and renewals processed on or after January 4, 2024 will no longer include ArcGIS Desktop (ArcMap).

There is an ENH-000155989:  In ArcGIS Pro, add a tool to convert personal geodatabases to file geodatabases.  I don't know if it will be implemented but it has been requested.

With that said, there's an interesting python script here - Solved: how to convert mdb to gdb - Esri Community - don't know if it's using ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro though.
