Interesting...there was a customer case in Support Services seeing the same thing. This was their resolution:
Step 1 Clean Uninstallation
Attempt to uninstall ArcGIS Pro from the Control Panel. If you can’t do this, or it doesn’t work, then proceed to Step 2.
Ensure that all ArcGIS Pro processes are not running in the Task Manager. These are usually the following:
ArcGISCleanup.exe
ArcGISPro.exe
Rename/Delete the following files if they still exist:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\ESRI\ArcGISPro and any other Pro folders
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\ESRI\ArcGISPro
C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Pro
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\StartMenu\Programs\ArcGIS\ArcGIS Pro
Rename/Delete the following registry keys if they exist:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ESRI\ArcGIS Online For Pro
Check to make sure that the license isn’t checked out to work offline. Expand on the “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ESRI” folder in the folder tree.
5a. Look in the ArcGISPro\Licensing and ArcGISPro1.0\Licensing folders and make sure that the ARCPROWORKOFFLINE key value is FALSE.
5b. If the value is FALSE, proceed to rename/delete the following folders. If the value is true, log in to ArcGIS Pro and make sure that the license is not checked out to work offline. Then proceed to rename/delete the following folders:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ESRI\ArcGISPro
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ESRI\ArcGISPro1.0
Reboot the system, and attempt to run the Install of ArcGIS Pro. This should allow you to install the software as new.
Step 2 Install ArcGIS Pro via MyEsri:
Sign into My Esri> My Organization> Download tab> All version> Search for ArcGIS Pro > View download> Download
Step 3 Un-assign and Re-assign licenses:
Sign into AGOL> Members Tab> Search for the user's name> click on the 3 dots> Manage add on license> Deselect all the licenses> Save and assign the license back and save.
Hopefully this helps fix the problem!
